Returns & Exchanges

At YozmaSport®, we want you to feel confident in your performance gear; if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return or exchange items within 30 days of delivery. All returned apparel must be in its original, unworn condition with tags attached to be eligible for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log in to our online portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Pack Your Items

  Securely place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all YozmaSport® hangtags and labels remain intact.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Download and print the prepaid return shipping label from your confirmation email and affix it clearly to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking receipt; once received and inspected, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days.
